Dolores Roberts, 83 of the Cross Creek community of Robbinsville, N.C., passed away Sunday, Sept. 18, 2022, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.
She was a native of St. Louis, Mo., and the daughter of the late Thomas Carl Romine and Iris Nickels Romine.
She is survived by her husband, William Guy Roberts, Sr.; sons, William Guy (Joy) Roberts, Jr. of St. Charles, Ill., and Douglas A. (Michelle) Roberts of Yorkville, Ill.; daughters, Terri (Jeff) Phillips of Robbinsville, N.C., and Jill (Terry) Clickner of Vero Beach, Fla.; and brother, Ed (Loretta) Romine of Meriden, Conn.
She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, 2022, at Grace Fellowship Baptist Church. Family and friends will officiate. Burial will follow the service at the Old Mother Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. at the church, prior to the service.
