Casey Allen Phillips, 30 of Robbinsville, N.C., peeked through the gates of heaven, felt the warmth of love’s embrace and on Thursday, March 25, 2021, decided to leave the troubles of the world behind and journey ahead to his eternal home.

He is survived by his loving father and mother, Lowell and Sheila Pilkington Phillips, who will forever adore and miss him. His passing has left siblings, Nicholas Phillips (Tiffany) of Robbinsville, N.C., Natashia Phillips McFadden (Joey) of Sylva, N.C. with a hole in their hearts; his niece, Allie Phillips, and nephews, Hadley Jenkins and Gus Phillips, who also morn the loss of their beloved uncle.

Casey was a fun-loving soul who always strived to see the good in everything.  His presence will be deeply missed in this world by so many family members and friends. This journey is for a moment and those moments we had with Casey will last forever.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 28, 2021 at the Townson-Smith Chapel. The Revs. Kevin Seagle, Daniel Stewart and Marshall McCracken officiated.

Burial followed the service at the Phillips Family Cemetery.

The family received friends from 2-3 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, prior to the service.

Townson-Smith Funeral Home was honored to serve the Phillips family.
